Use this form if you cannot sign in to RentSet to request deletion yourself.
Requests submitted here are sent to RentSet Support for manual review. Submitting this form does not automatically delete an account.
Before you submit
- If you can sign in, use RentSet's existing "Delete My Account" control inside the app instead of this form.
- Business owners may need to complete business deletion or have their Owner role removed before their personal login can be deleted.
- Personal-login deletion and business deletion are different processes.
- Business, renter, payment-status, audit, security, dispute, tax, or legally required records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Submitting this form does not prove that an account exists.
- RentSet may contact you at the email address you provide to verify your identity or resolve ownership requirements.
