2. Review applications
Applicants complete a 7-step application with hookup photos, property details, and installation preferences. You get a structured application with auto-flagged qualification warnings.
3. Deliver and install
Approve the application, reserve inventory, and schedule the installation. The technician follows a 19-point checklist, captures photos, and gets a customer signature.
4. Track charges
Monthly expected charges generate automatically. Mark payments as verified after checking your payment provider. Past-due accounts are flagged after a grace period.
5. Service and maintain
Renters submit service requests with safety triage. Troubleshoot remotely or dispatch a visit. Swap machines without losing the rental or service history.
