Financial Reports

Financial reports in RentSet depend entirely on operator-entered data. If you do not accurately record charges, payments, expenses, and asset costs, the reports will not reflect your true financial position. RentSet does not independently verify financial data.

Expected Revenue Is Not Collected Revenue

"Expected revenue" represents charges that are scheduled or anticipated. It does not mean the money has been collected. Only charges marked as "Verified Paid" represent confirmed collection. Past-due charges may never be collected.

Machine Payback Calculations

Payback percentage is an estimate based on stored data: cost basis (acquisition + transport + initial repair), verified revenue, and repair costs. It does not account for depreciation, opportunity cost, or future repair expenses. A machine that has "paid back" its cost basis may still require future repairs.

Safety Instructions

Safety instructions and triage questions in RentSet's service request flow (e.g., water leak, smoke or burning smell, gas smell) are designed to prompt renters to take immediate safety action. They do not replace professional repair, emergency services, or manufacturer guidance. If a renter reports a gas smell or active leak, they should contact their gas utility or emergency services immediately.

No Warranty

RentSet is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific results from using the platform.
