We're inviting 20 independent washer-and-dryer rental businesses to become Founding Operators. Each Founding Operator receives 20% off their RentSet subscription for as long as it stays continuously active, plus early access to new features. In return, we ask Founding Operators to share feedback that helps shape RentSet's roadmap. You pay the standard plan price (Starter $29, Growth $99, or Scale $299 monthly, or the annual equivalent) less 20% — the discount begins the day your paid subscription starts and continues every billing cycle you remain subscribed.

Is there a free trial?+
Yes. All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required — you can explore every feature and set up your business before subscribing.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?+
If you need more assets, active rentals, or team members than your current plan allows, upgrade to a higher plan at any time. Need more than 750 active rentals? Contact us for custom pricing.
Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?+
No. There are no setup fees and no per-rental transaction fees. You only pay the monthly or annual subscription price. Stripe processing fees apply to card payments processed through your connected Stripe account.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?+
Yes. Annual billing saves you approximately two months compared to paying monthly. For example, the Growth plan is $99/month or $990/year (a $198 savings).
What is the Founding Operator offer?+

Who is eligible for the Founding Operator program?+
Independent washer-and-dryer rental businesses in our early launch group. The program is limited to 20 Founding Operators. Submit a request on the Founding Operators page and we'll review it and follow up by email.
How long does the 20% Founding Operator discount last?+
The 20% discount applies for as long as your RentSet subscription remains continuously active, on whatever plan you're on. If you cancel and later re-subscribe, the Founding Operator discount may no longer be available.
Is this locked-in pricing or a 20% lifetime discount?+
It's a 20% lifetime discount on your subscription, not a fixed locked-in price. The discount is 20% off whatever plan you're on, for as long as you stay continuously subscribed. If we adjust plan prices in the future, your 20% founding discount still applies to the then-current plan price.
